mar 09 10 - PIRELLI RE: BOARD OF DIRECTORS APPROVES ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS FOR 2009
At today's meeting, the Board of Directors of Pirelli & C. Real Estate examined and approved the annual financial statements for 2009, which will be presented for the approval of the ordinary shareholders' meeting scheduled for 19 April 2010.
