Independent auditor fees
The following table, prepared in accordance with art.149-duodecies of the CONSOB Issuer Regulations, reports the fees earned in 2008 for auditing and other services provided by the independent auditors Reconta Ernst & Young S.p.A. and members of its network.
(*) refer to professional services for the audit of the consolidated financial statements at October 31st, 2008 in relation to the sale of the investment in Pirelli & C. Real Estate Facility Management B.V., and professional services relating to the examination of pro-forma figures of Pirelli & C. Real Estate S.p.A. for the six months ended June 30th, 2008 for inclusion in the Information Memorandum, prepared in accordance with art. 71 of the Issuer Regulations adopted under Consob Resolution 11971/1999 and subsequent amendments and additions thereto.
