Spazio Investment N.V. (“Spazio” or the “Company”) today announces its intention to purchase up to €25 million of its Ordinary Shares and Depository Interests (together the “Securities”) in the form of an accelerated bookbuild tender process managed by Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch (“Deutsche Bank”) on behalf of the Company (the “Tender Offer”) to be completed on 15 January 2009, subject to the terms and conditions set out in this announcement.
